How do I report an issue with ordered products?
If you, or your end customer has received a faulty product, contact us via e-mail and include the following to submit a claim:
- Order number from Mystudio or your 13 digit order number from Shopify (Note that 4-digt number is not enough)
- Submit clear photos of the full garment and close up photos of the issue
- Product name (if your order has more than 1 product
- Clear description of the issue(s) with the product or print
If we deem the item faulty, we will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, you will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If your payment method is invoice you will receive a credit note that can be deducated for your next transfer.
