Each order has a status that refers to the current state of the order.

An order has been sent to a Printing Operator.

The order is printed and has been shipped.

The order is cancelled and will never reach the end customer.

How to get started with Creator Studio and set up your account. 

Getting Started 

Print on demand means only printing what has been sold. Everything is automated for a process that uses less energy and materials. The beauty for you is zero investment up front and no wasted stock, meaning better economics and reduced carbon footprint per product. With print on demand you can create unlimited artwork designs for different products and scenarios, to be responsive and agile in your expressions. Nothing is produced unless someone buys it, which translates as no initial investment from your side and no overproduction.

What is print on demand?

To buy a product for sampling or to wear straight away, please follow these easy steps.

First, ensure you are logged into your account. Creating an account is quick and hassle-free if you don't have one.

1. Design your desired product.
Before you can purchase, you need to create a product. Using the intuitive tools and options in your MyStudio creator, design a product. Once you’re happy with your design, finalise and save it.

When you get confirmation that your new design is saved, scroll down to order it directly.

3. Select products.
You’ll be taken to an overview of your products currently saved in MyStudio. Select the ones you’d like to order, choosing the colour, size and number of garments desired.

After confirming your product's details, proceed to the checkout process and follow the prompts.

Payment.
For customers in the EU & USA, we accept credit card payments. Invoicing options are available for your convenience if you have a business account with us.


How do I order a sample or buy a product?

Provide your email address and full name to create an account.

After submitting your information, check your inbox for an email from Creator Studio. Open the email and click on the invite link provided.

Choose a secure password and enter it along with your pre-filled email.

Once you have successfully entered your password, you will be logged into MyStudio.

MyStudio is where you can create, order and export your products.

How do I create an account? 

Account

Once you have created an account and you are logged in, and you have a registered company, you can setup your business account.

In the left menu of MyStudio, find the "Setup Business account" option.

Click on "Setup Business Account" to begin the process.

Follow the steps in the wizard to provide your business information accurately. It is crucial to ensure that you provide correct and up-to-date information. For example, you need to fill in the exact registered company name – this is to ensure that the validation process goes faster.

Last, you will be asked to state a brand name. This will be used if you connect to an e-store. You can create as many brands as you want and invite different account users to them.

Validating your information and enabling selling:

After completing the Business Details Wizard, Creator Studio must validate the information you provided. If the information can’t be validated, we will send an email asking for more details, such as proof of company registration, or a VAT number (if you are based in EU).

We manually process your company details, which usually takes up to 48 hours (during business days).

Once your information is verified, the platform is yours to use, and you can start selling within 1-2 days.

Remember to provide accurate and complete information to ensure a smooth experience.

How do I create a business account? 

Currently, Creator Studio only supports integrations with Shopify but more connections are on the way. Read more about e-commerce integration
