
As of February 23, 2025, we will no longer be able to fulfil orders for US-based customers. Unfortunately, challenges with our US print operator and ongoing supply chain issues have forced us to pause production in the region. This was not an easy decision, as our US creators have produced incredible merch over the years.

We are actively working to establish a new production pipeline, but it's important to us that it meets the highest standards before we relaunch. While this process will take some time, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

All requests placed before February 23 will be fulfilled as usual.

What does this mean for me as a US-based customer?


Creator Studio will, from the 23rd of February in 2025, pause offering print-on-demand directly to US-based customers. This means you would need to submit your last orders by Feb 23. This includes both direct orders from MyStudio and orders from your online stores.

What does it mean for my Shopify or WooCommerce store?


If you are based in the US and sell via your online stores, you should set your exported products to status ‘Draft’ to make sure products are no longer visualized in your store. You may continue to sell products until the 23rd of Feb.

Our aim is to fulfil your order from the printing location closest to you. By doing so we do our best to shorten the delivery time.

As soon as we get your order it is routed to a production facility that meets your specific order's requirements. The order is then picked, processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

Your parcel then begins its journey once it been picked up for delivery by one of our shipping partners. If your order isn’t finished in time for the daily pick-up it will be picked up the next business day.

 Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays. In some cases, parcels may arrive earlier than stated. Creator Studio cannot be held responsible for courier errors or delays once an order has left our production hubs. If you feel your delivery has been misplaced or is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly.

Shipping

Creator Studio will invoice the shipping costs to the Creator. Shipping is calculated based on products ordered and destination. Any import duties and customs administration cost will be directed to the end-customer.

How does shipping work if I sell through an e-store connected to Creator Studio?

We currently have local printing hubs in the EU, in Czech Republic and in the UK. From our EU printing Hub we ship to approximately 200 countries, while our UK print hub supplies customers in the UK.

We are working with expansion to be able to open new local hubs in new markets. Our mission is to have printing hubs as close to the end customer as possible.

Where are the print hubs located?

Shipping costs are calculated per order and is based on the contents of each parcel and the destination country. We have a flat rate for our products, where lighter garments cost less and heavier garments cost more, and each additional garment increases the total cost slightly.
