Impact of the operational pause of US print hub on US based customers
Change in the US market
As of February 23, 2025, we will no longer be able to fulfil orders for US-based customers. Unfortunately, challenges with our US print operator and ongoing supply chain issues have forced us to pause production in the region. This was not an easy decision, as our US creators have produced incredible merch over the years.
We are actively working to establish a new production pipeline, but it's important to us that it meets the highest standards before we relaunch. While this process will take some time, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
All requests placed before February 23 will be fulfilled as usual.
What does this mean for me as a US-based customer?
Creator Studio will, from the 23rd of February in 2025, pause offering print-on-demand directly to US-based customers. This means you would need to submit your last orders by Feb 23. This includes both direct orders from MyStudio and orders from your online stores.
What does it mean for my Shopify or WooCommerce store?
If you are based in the US and sell via your online stores, you should set your exported products to status ‘Draft’ to make sure products are no longer visualized in your store. You may continue to sell products until the 23rd of Feb.
