Impact of the operational pause of US print hub on non-US based customers selling to the US
I am a non-US-based Creator who sells to the US. What's the impact of the pause of the US print hub?
Starting February 23, 2025, a pause of our print hub in the US will be introduced, due to challenges with our US print operator and ongoing supply chain issues.
For you as a non-US-based Creator with a webshop connected to Creator Studio’s platform MyStudio, orders to your US customers will be fulfilled from our facilities in the Czech Republic and shipped to the US.
We are actively working to resume operations with a local print operator in the US and will keep you updated as soon as the situation is resolved.
What's the impact on shipping to the US?
Updated shipping times for US orders are 9-12 business days. Shipping prices will not increase as a result of this change.
What should I update in my Shopify or WooCommerce shop?
In order to keep your terms in your online stores up to date, please make sure to update your shipping terms to include the new delivery times as well as to inform your US-based customers that orders are fulfilled from the Czech Republic. Please also notify your US customers that sales tax is excluded and may be charged upon delivery.
Are there changes of my operational process with Creator Studio?
When shipping from the Czech Republic, you will have access to the same assortment line as in the EU, which is more comprehensive than the original US assortment line. This means more products can be enabled for your US customers.
Creator Studio will pause invoicing in USD and instead include your sales transactions in the US on your EUR invoice and charge you in EUR.
