Billing & Payments

Creator Studio offers business-to-business customers a summary invoice issued monthly on the last day of the month, including all orders that have been shipped the past month. You will also in an attachment receive a detailed specification of all orders.

How often do I get invoiced? 

Prices are displayed excluding VAT/sales tax. If you are ordering as a private customer, paying by card, the sales tax/VAT will be calculated at checkout.

Do product prices include Sales tax/VAT? 

VAT & Taxes

VAT will be charged on the invoice to you for sales of goods. The VAT applied on your invoices is depending on; the country of goods origin, the delivery destination country and the provided information about your VAT-registrations in EU.
