Your invoices are divided into two separate categories:

Products (print, garment, neck label & sticker, discounts etc)

As Creator Studio has printing facilities printing orders in several countries, we will invoice you from different legal entities and VAT numbers, depending on which country your order was printed and sold to you.

If you have fulfilled orders from the EU, you will receive at least one invoice for products and one for shipping service. If you receive two invoices for products, this is because orders have been shipped from two different printing locations.

If you have fulfilled orders from the US, you will only receive one collected invoice.

We send your invoices to the e-mail address provided by you in the organization details view. Please make sure that you have provided correct email address as recipient of the invoices.

Billing & Payments

Creator Studio offers business-to-business customers a summary invoice issued monthly on the last day of the month, including all orders that have been shipped the past month. You will also in an attachment receive a detailed specification of all orders.

How often do I get invoiced? 

Prices are displayed excluding VAT/sales tax. If you are ordering as a private customer, paying by card, the sales tax/VAT will be calculated at checkout.

Do product prices include Sales tax/VAT? 

VAT & Taxes

VAT will be charged on the invoice to you for sales of goods. The VAT applied on your invoices is depending on; the country of goods origin, the delivery destination country and the provided information about your VAT-registrations in EU.

On sales direct to consumer, Creator Studio applies VAT-rates applicable in the country where the transportation ends.
