Before you start you need to log in to your account or create a new account, which is simple and straightforward.

After that, follow these steps to complete your purchase:

1. Create a product by choosing a garment, uploading your artwork and saving the product.

2. Buy your custom product by clicking on "order product" in the left-hand menu bar in My Studio. Choose the product you want to order, select the size and proceed to checkout.

For non-US customers: you can buy your product with a credit card. If you have a business account, the payment will be done via invoice.

For US customers: you need to have a business account and payment will be done via invoicing. A credit card option will be launched soon.

Please note, you cannot buy a product created by someone else.

Most of the time, we cannot cancel or change the order since the products are made to order and it is sent to our printing operator as soon as the order is placed.

If you’d like to cancel or change the product, contact our Support Team as soon as possible by

It can usually be done if we are contacted within 1 hour, but there is no guarantee since the printing operators will receive your order directly after the order has been placed.

Because your order is made to order specifically for you, we have a very limited time to make any changes before it gets sent to production. If you want to change your product to a different item, you’ll need to contact our Support Team and we’ll determine whether or not it’s still possible to make any changes. There is no guarantee since the printing operators will receive your order directly after the order has been placed.

Can I make changes to my order?

No, we do not have any minimum order quantities for bulk orders of printed products. You can place an order for any quantity you need.
