You will no longer be able to sell products from Creator Studio in your shop. All products exported from MyStudio will need to be deactivated (set as draft or deleted) in your shops’ settings. If you plan to close down your entire shop, just make sure to wait until all orders have been marked as fulfilled in Shopify. You can also uninstall the Creator Studio App in Shopify, under Settings and Apps and sales channels.

The last date for signing up is December 15th, while the last date for ordering is the 23rd of December by noon (12:00). This also goes for orders that are being synced through your Shopify or WooCommerce store.

You will be able to access your account in MyStudio until the 23rd of January.  You’ll be able to download your products artworks until then.

How long can I access Mystudio? 

To ensure a smooth transition, we strongly recommend that you:

Plan an immediate shift of your merch workflows to an alternative supplier

 any artwork, product settings, templates, or order history you may need

Log in to your e-commerce shop and uninstall the Creator Studio app, or

Log in to Creator Studio and archive all products created
(This helps prevent unfulfilled orders and sync issues once the service shuts down.)

Ensure your customers cannot place new orders by noon the 23 December

Deactivate all Creator Studio products from your storefront on that date

What do I need to do before the platform closes?

Creator Studio remain open for members until December 23rd at noon (12:00). All orders placed within this timeframe will be printed and shipped to you as soon as possible within our normal delivery lead times.
