What do I need to do before the platform closes?
To ensure a smooth transition, we strongly recommend that you:
- Plan an immediate shift of your merch workflows to an alternative supplier
- Download and archive any artwork, product settings, templates, or order history you may need
- Handle your e-commerce integrations
- Log in to your e-commerce shop and uninstall the Creator Studio app, or
- Log in to Creator Studio and archive all products created
(This helps prevent unfulfilled orders and sync issues once the service shuts down.)
- Ensure your customers cannot place new orders by noon the 23 December
- Deactivate all Creator Studio products from your storefront on that date
