You may change your preffered invoice currency for your business account by going to your Organisation page in Mystudio.

As of 18th November 2025 Creator Studio transferred to only send invoices in one currency per business customer. If your businesses is registered in UK, your default currency will be GBP. If registered elsewhere, your default currency will be set to EUR.

You may change your currency any time, note that Swedish customers may select SEK as currency.

Note that customers will still receive two invoices if orders are shipped from both GB and EU within a month, but they will have the same currency.

Invoice currency cannot be changed for already placed orders, the change of currency on your account applies to future orders.

For private customers Creator Studio offers the following payment methods:

Creator Studio offers Business customers to pay shipped orders via invoice. A summary invoice is issued monthly, including all orders that have been shipped in the past month. The invoice is to be paid via bank transfer according to the information stated on the invoice.

As Creator Studio has printing facilities fulfilling orders in several countries, your invoice may come from different legal entities – depending on in which country your order was printed and fulfilled. You may therefore be asked to wire your payment to separate bank accounts depending on where your orders where shipped.

Billing & Payments

Creator Studio offers business customers a summary invoice issued monthly on the last day of the month, including all orders that have been shipped the past month. You will also in an attachment receive a detailed specification of all orders included on these invoices.

Invoice is due for payment 30 days after issue. This payment term is initially offered by Creator Studio to all verified business customers.

Payment terms and invoice frequency

If you are ordering as a private customer, paying by card, the sales VAT will be calculated at checkout. For business customers VAT will be included on you invoice.

Do product prices include VAT? 

VAT & Taxes

VAT will be charged on the invoice to you for sales of goods. The VAT applied on your invoices is depending on; the country of goods origin, the delivery destination country and the provided information about your VAT-registrations in EU.

On sales direct to consumer, Creator Studio applies VAT-rates applicable in the country where the transportation ends.
